FAQs

  • We use the small size for the key hook, flip hooks, double wide flip hook, and double hook, and the large size for all other products. However, the sizes are interchangeable—you can use either size with any product. The difference is purely visual.


    The small screw cover measures 11.1 mm in diameter, and the large measures 13.1 mm in diameter.

  • Yes, we accept returns on all items that are not final sale. An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


    Items must be packed carefully and shipped securely. If an item is returned damaged due to insufficient packaging, a refund may not be issued and store credit will be provided instead.


    Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order, and the item must be shipped back within 14 days of return approval.

    Returns can be initiated through your customer account. The system can be a bit finicky, so if you run into any issues, please reach out—we’re happy to set it up on our end.

  • Wholesale isn’t our primary focus, as we don’t often have the inventory to support standard wholesale orders. However, we do accept larger wholesale orders with a $2,000 minimum and truly enjoy collaborative wholesale projects.
    If you’re interested in carrying one of our products in a custom color, please reach out—we’re always happy to talk through options.


    We also offer trade discounts for qualifying customers. If that sounds like you, feel free to get in touch.

  • Restock information is listed directly on each product page. Under the product description, you’ll find pull-down menus that include any available restock notes.


    If no restock note is listed, it means we don’t have a confirmed timeline yet.


    You can also click the “Notify me” button on the product page to be notified when the item is back in stock.

  • Dimensions and specifications are listed on each product page. Look for the “Specs” section in the pull-down menu under the product description.

  • Yes—unless otherwise noted in the product description, all products include hardware and mounting instructions.


    The only exception is our seconds or discounted sale items, which do not include hardware due to the lower pricing.

  • As a small, one-person studio, we’re not able to guarantee specific delivery dates. Orders ship within 7 business days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions (weather, holidays, etc.).

    If you need an item shipped quickly or expedited, please reach out before placing your order so we can confirm whether that’s possible. Once an order has shipped, we don’t have control over the carrier’s delivery timeline.
