& Returns

• Orders over $150 ship for free.
• Flat Fee for Orders Under $150. Shipping fees range from $3–$8.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days.

• Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted to cover the prepaid label. Towel bars and multi hooks will also incur a $5 restocking fee per item due to their size and handling.
• To start a return, log in to your account and follow the instructions. If you did not create an account at checkout, please reach out to us and we’ll help initiate the return. For exchanges, please contact us directly.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue at no cost to you and provide return instructions if needed.

Safran Everyday is a small studio, and once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of our shipping partners. If tracking shows the package as delivered, we cannot replace or refund it. We recommend shipping to a secure location and contacting the carrier directly for missing packages.
