& Returns

    • Orders over $75 ship for free.
    • Flat Fee for Orders Under $75. Shipping fees range from $3–$8.
    • Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.

    • Use our prepaid shipping label to return items. A $7 fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Exchanges are free—no charge to swap for another item.
    • To initiate a return or exchange, log in to your account and follow the instructions.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue at no cost to you and provide return instructions if needed.

  • Safran Everyday is a small studio, and once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of our shipping partners. If tracking shows the package as delivered, we cannot replace or refund it. We recommend shipping to a secure location and contacting the carrier directly for missing packages.

    We appreciate your understanding as it allows us to continue creating high-quality home goods.

    Note: Safran Everyday is not responsible for lost packages in transit. Please file a claim with the shipping carrier using the tracking number.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns after this period may not be accepted.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Powder-Coated Home Goods:
    To maintain the finish, clean with a soft cloth and mild soap in warm water.
